Dear Friends,
It is hard to believe the article is for the January 2023 bulletin. Time seems to move faster than ever. We have celebrated another wonderful new year’s.
This has been a good year, we have stayed in the same location, at our original building at 1607 Genesee St. for the last year, it was unexpected, but we feel very much at home.
We say a very sincere mazel tov to our wonderful Rabbi Geier on being our Rabbi for a year, and for receiving his Smicha. It has been quite a year for Rabbi, and we have benefited by his journey and are honored to have shared it with him.
I would like to ask our Temple Community to join us for services on Friday at 5:30 PM and /or Saturday at 9:30 AM by ZOOM or in person. It would be nice if more of us joined Rabbi at Temple, let’s try to join in the very nice sanctuary in what was our auditorium in the past. I know we are facing a Utica winter, but weather permitting let’s try to get to Temple.
Thank you all for your support this year, let us hope for a happy, healthy, progressive 2023.
Stan joins me in wishing all the Temple Family the best.
Sincerely,
Mundy
